Well, they keep everything in the manga, so if they set DGM as mature enough, maybe it'll get through. I dunno, they kept 'em in the beginning of FMA. And was there ever a Neon Genesis Evagelion dub?

You just know thier replace the things they say with "filler language" just like shaman king.
But who knows ther could be someone who takes this up and still keeps everything in place.

same, i'm mostly just going to stick to the sub and watch a couple of the dub on the side but i probably won't keep up with it (that's what happened with my and FMA x3)

same here, that's what I do with Bleach and such also.

Crunchyroll will most likely take the series off. But then again, they have not removed Bleach or Naruto yet, and they've been licensed. I suppose it is because of the series' popularity.

I hope some good Seiyuus will voice Allen and the rest of the gang. For once, I don't mind the same guy who voied Renton in the dub to voice Allen. His voice is childish enough. :]

Anyways, I hope the series doesn't get ruined!

And even if it does, we still have good 'ol subs.

The DGM anime's seiyuus RULE!

If 4Kids or Funimation get it, you know its not going to be good at all whatsoever...usually other Dubbing Anime Companies are pretty good with Anime...

If 4Kids gets it, I am going to beat Al Kahn to a pulp.

I know 4kids is like Hell for anime dubbing >.> and Funimation isn't as(still pretty bad) bad, its more around Clowns, Simon Cowell and Bears on threat level.

Funi is better than Viz and it's a LOT better than 4Shame. I mean, Funi is the one who made uncut DBZ and are doing the new dub One Piece! They should do somewhat of a good job. If they get it, they'll just cut "some" blood and Tyki's joint.

dubs usually arent as good as the subs. im not really expecting much out of the dubbed version

I just saw it today.

But if it was to be dubbed, as much I don't want them to, VIZ will probably get it since they have aquired almost all of the shonen jump manga anime series, and been getting all of them lately. Like BLEACH, Naruto, and Death Note. Their actors just don't have any emotion in them T_T

Funimation wasn't bad in the old days of Yuyu Hakusho, but their new stuff....*twitch*

Yeah, if the voices are too bad, I won't be watching it either~ And it's so true. The voice actors here just don't know HOW to voice act, I've only seen a few that I really like.

The only person I liked in VIZ shows is Crispin Freeman (not his best roles, but he still rocks)

Viz probably already has acquired the liscence but they aren't saying yet. However, they'll probably take forever like they are doing with Nana.

I don't really want Funimation to do the dub I mean School Rumble suffers really badly from a bad dub as it is.

Well, Funimation isn't as bad as VIZ. A perfect example a good cast they picked would be Samurai 7 voice actors. The voices fit perfectly imo. Funimation does screw up somtimes, but VIZ is a big let down....

But yeah, we'll just have to wait and see. I'm not getting my hopes up. :/

I tend to not even watch the dubs, so my only concern is that a lot of subbers will drop the series once it's licensed. ;-;

No American studio has licensed the anime as of yet. The listing that showed it as being dubbed for the convention was a typo, which was clarified quite a while back... There are no studios looking into licensing it as of about a month ago, either, which is disappointing. I'm guessing the fanbase is a bit too subtle in the States for any studio to be immensely eager to snag the license, but with the way things are going with the popularity over here it might be licensed within the next six months or so (optimistically, of course).

Hmmm.....Dubs always seem to be inferior to the subbed versions; they always edit/sensor out stuff, and generally the voices they get are just lame....

Man, they better get some good voices. I don't the characters sounding all weird.

But err, I guess it'll be interesting to see how they pronounce there names and stuff... T_T My friend told me about Death Note (which was dubbed a few weeks ago) and he said they pronounced "Yagami" as Yami, and "Shinigami" as Shagami... D8 Ack I dunno...

I have to admit, Death Note dub was better than what I thought it was going to be. Anyway, I think Konira Thax is right. I'm not a total dub hater~ To be honest, now, I kinda want a DGM dub...I'm curious what voice actors would be chosen and such~ :P

It's not getting dubbed... Even if it were licensed within the year, which has almost no chance of happening, it will take at least six months to get it prepared for English release.
