He was just worried, because of what was happenig to her, it is normal because they are comarades and good friends. In that moment she was the weak one, the one who needed help or someone who can protect her. There were not Allen, or Kanda or Kamui, so the only one left was him.
Besides, he was a person who friends meant nothing. But now he is different, he is experiment that feelings, that sensation we have when we have friends. So because of that, he dont want to loose his friends. Non of them.

The one who have something with her, is Allen. Not definetly but is more, a lot more suspicious than what Lavi and lenalee have. (I dont think so but well...)

but there are enough moments to keep allen/lenalee and lavi/lenalee fans satisfied, well... not satisfied, but enough for it to be implied.

So what if the fans aren't satisfied by that? Many fans of Gundam SEED Destiny didn't like the outcome of the pairings towards the end but they couldn't argue about it. Once an anime series ends then it's finalized, nothing more that a fan could do. That is where fanfictions come in.

Well it had happen to me, and many friends. I met someone who extended his hand to me when I was in a difficult possition, and because of that i fell in love with him but as friend. Because of my behave with him, everybody thought i was in love with him. He was only a friend, like a brother for me.
In this days, everything can have another interpretation. Today, if you are a man and you gave a hug to anothetr man it means somethig like youre gay. Or if a girl gives a kiss to another it means nothing or maybe they are lesvians. The same happen here.
Maybe they are just friends, but he feels something strong about her. The same thing allen feels about her. They want to protect her. She i so important in his life.
And about what he said. Interest nobody said like. I use that word a lot. Im interest of that man. Why?? He seem cute, sexy, I odcnt know. He caught my attention. Maybe I have some atraction.
That word, I odnt know in your country but in mine, you need more than that to said he is in love with her. It is supicious and we can say, they are in love, but we can say also, if we are friends of that person, no they are only friends.

I really don't like the thought of LavixLenalee. I don't really know why, I mean, I like Lavi and I like Lenalee (I hated her not long ago, but I like her a little more now) but I just can't see them together. I just hate the thought of them as a pair and I really hope that will never happen. I prefer the AllenxLenalee pairing. (Duh )

Even though these two are my favorite characters, I don't really see them as a couple >_< I think Lavi is just espicially close to her and doesn't want to lose the life he has, and Lenalee is a big part of that. Since that whole " A Bookman shouldn't get involved" thing has been bugging him. Maybe she was his first friend when he came to the order? (Around his own age anyway XD)
