Well, is Avatar really considered as an anime because the fighting style they use resembles a relationship with chinese martial arts.

The benders actually do use chinese martial arts
earth - Hung Gar
water - Tai Chi
fire - Northern Shaolin
air - Ba Gua
Toph - Southern Praying Mantis

I'm not so sure about it being an anime tho, its by Nick. wiki : While Avatar is not considered an anime because of its primarily American style and writing, one review has commented that "Avatar blurs the line between anime and (US) domestic cartoons until it becomes irrelevant." Love the show tho, can't wait for Book 3~!!

its an animation by Nickalodeon (<<< ?), it has a great plot, good sense of humour at the right times, wonderful characters (and my friends and i argue sometimes if its better than most anime). its on youtube i think (it only has roughly....40 episodes so far). search in something like avatar 112 (book 1 ep 12)

it's gonna b real rough, the wall is pretty big, and (it was pretty messed up city at first anyway, but) since ba sing sae(?) is the capital of the earth kingdom, it can serve as a mass hostage kind of thing...there's so many troublesome things that can come out of it, its hard to explain in detail without writing a big, giant post ._.

But who really watching anime of youtube, i rather download it. If i am desperate i will watch it on youtube. I will get around to watching it after a finish all the others that i have to complete.

I barely watch anime on youtube, due to the fact the resolutions may be a bit tedious at times

and that vids on youtube look bad and you don't get a copy of it, not that you would want something of such poor quality.

Its a setting when you post a video (friend told me), it makes the thing better quality but most ppl don't kno about it >.< you can always download the eps of course, but its fairly big ._. Either way, you can't watch it anyway, youtube took it off, along with most of the anime on the site @___@
